US Citizens Preparatory Committee: Listserves

Two new listserves have been created for the US Citizens Preparatory
Committee for the World Summit on Sustainable Development (USCPC-WSSD). These lists
will further communication among US NGOs involved or interested in activities
surrounding the Johannesburg Summit.
USCPC-News
USCPC-News is the announcements-only list for those
interested in occasional news related to the activities of USCPC-WSSD. This
list is moderated; traffic will be no more than 1-4 messages a month. Note that this list will only cover WSSD news directly
related to the activities of US NGOs. Other lists are already doing a good
job of covering general and global information about the Summit;
our goal is
not to replicate their efforts but to keep US NGOs up to date on what other
US NGOs are doing related to the Summit.
(If you would like to submit news to be included in the next update, send a
message to the list address and it will be forwarded to the moderator for
consideration.)

USCPC-Discuss
USCPC-Discuss is the primary discussion list for those
actively involved in the USCPC-WSSD. The list's purpose is to coordinate joint
activities, plan meeting dates and agendas, solicit participation in
