Newsletter submission guidelines
Interested in contributing to future issues of CitNet News? We'd love to feature an article written by a member of your organization's staff, help promote your news or event, or cover your project in an article.
We are most interested in content regarding the U.S. sustainability movement and sustainable communities. Send your articles, news, events, or new website links to submissions@citnet.org.
Please include the following with your submission:
- Author's name
- Email address and phone number (if we have questions)
- Your location (city and/or state)
- Your organization's/network's name
- Brief description of the organization/network
- Organization/network contact info
If available, we'd also appreciate:
- Small organization/network logo
- Small photo of author
- Brief mini-biography (1-3 sentences)
- Accompanying photos (with captions & photo credits)
We prefer digital photos, if possible; photos to be scanned may be sent to us via postal mail with prior approval.
While all submitted materials will be considered, we cannot publish all received content and reserve the right to select the most relevant material for our audience and/or theme.
