This new report from the NYC Panel on Climate Change outlines the need for early and ongoing adaptation actions in New York and suggests approaches to create an effective adaptation program.

In December, the New York City Council passed a set of measures known as the 'Greener, Greater Buildings Plan'. One of the elements was a new Energy Conservation Code. Now the NYC Department of Buildings has proposed compliance rules for implementation of the energy conservation code.
