President Obama sets sustainability goals for federal agencies

Yesterday President Obama signed an executive order "to establish an integrated strategy towards sustainability in the Federal Government and to make reduction of greenhouse gas emissions a priority for Federal agencies. The executive order requires federal agencies to set a 2020 greenhouse gas emissions target reduction within 90 days, increase energy efficiency by 26%, reduce fleet petroleum use by 30%, and much more.
